Unlike our friends at VRBO, HomeAway, Tripadvisor, AirBnB - we don't charge you a fee to use or book on our platform! Never have ... never will ...

VRBO / HomeAway - "Previously capped at $599 per booking; NOW 12%-16%!!!!!"
AirBnB - "Guest service fees are typically 0-20%" with no cap. We've seen guest "service fees" reach into the thousands of dollars for a 1 week stay!!! More recently, AirBnB has "recommended" that owners build the guest fees into their own rates so you can't see how much you're paying!
