You have fantasy baseball roster needs and we have solutions.

Let's discuss a few widely available players who deserve some attention.

I'm gonna start with David Hamilton of the Red Sox.

Uh, he's playing regularly for Boston.

He's eligible at second base at shortstop and he has swiped 13 bags in 14 attempts over 42 games.

Uh Hamilton is also batting over 280.

He's strung together a bunch of multi hit games lately too, but really you're adding Hamilton for the elite speed.

Uh, here's a fun fact about him in 2022 and 2023 combined while playing in the high minors.

Hamilton stole 100 and 27 bases, 100 and 27 base.

This is over two seasons.

That's pretty good.

Uh, even in this era, that's pretty good.

Uh, he can make a massive impact for you in steals in a relatively short period of time and he's got just a dash of power too, another name to consider Tyler Locklear, the Seattle Mariners.

Um Ty France recently placed on the il with a heel injury that led to locklear's call up and, uh, the 23 year old has hit safely in each of his first couple of games before the promotion locklear was just absolutely raking in the high minors.

293 average on base percentage, over 400 slugging of 5, 29 homers.

25 extra base hits a little bit more doubles.

Power than, than power, power.

Right.

But, um, still very good hitter eligibility at first base and third base.

So he, he's got a little bit of extra utility there, um, widely available right now.

He's out there in over 90% of Yahoo Leagues.

Another name, another batter Spencer Horowitz of the Toronto Blue Jays.

He was recently called up and he's basically, he's just getting two hits a game.

Uh He's elig at first base and he's about to acquire second base eligibility.

He has been leading off for the Jays.

Now, why is he doing that?

Because he was a 456 on base percentage guy in the minors and the year before it was 450.

So like he could really hit.

He's a 330 hitter in the minors again, 450 OBP.

And he's been living on base so far now.

He's got like low double digit power and speed potential.

So not gonna give you a lot of category juice there, but in terms of run scoring and batting average, he's gonna be a huge help.

I'm gonna give you one pitcher as well and it's Matt Waldron of the San Diego Padres.

Um First of all.

He's been great lately.

He's allowed two runs or fewer in each of his last six starts in those six appearances.

Uh, he struck out 39 batters.

He's walked only eight in about 35 innings.

He's lowered his season, er, a over a couple of runs during that time.

And secondly, he's doing this with just a real oddball assortment of pitches.

Um, he's throwing his knuckleball more than he's throwing any of them.

And if you can't get behind a knuckleballer in this era, when everyone is trying to throw a zillion miles an hour.

I don't, I don't even think we can be friends.

Uh, Waldron draws a Friday start against the Mets.

That's a relatively friendly spot, um, should be pain free for you.

And again, he's available in a majority of Yahoo Leagues.
