Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:

• Proficiency in Arabic language is mandatory.
• Minimum 2-3 year’s experiences in a similar role in cold section.
• Must be creative with the ability to prepare cold appetizers for the menus.
• Strong knowledge of Tartars, carpaccio, Salads, classic cold dishes and modern cold dishes etc.
• Ensure that guests expectations are exceeded by providing efficient, attentive and friendly service.
• Monitor food wastage, spoilage and reduce to zero through constant checks.
• Ensure timely preparation, and garnishing of menu items, including buffet preparation.
