For mental health professionals this often means encouraging self care in others while being out of balance in your own life. In this webinar, you will learn how to create harmony by implementing the nine dimensions of wellness into life with simple and realistic strategies.

- Define self care and wellness, and understand the impact on people’s lives.
- Define and give examples of the nine dimensions of wellness.
- Create a self care plan incorporating one or more of the dimensions of wellness.

Workshop Presenter
Jolie FranCoeur-Carsten, LCSW (she/her) is the owner of Carsten Counseling and Consulting PLLC. She earned her MSW from UIUC in 1997 and worked in a variety of local community
social service agencies before starting her business. As she moved into leadership roles, Jolie discovered her passion for providing clinical supervision and professional development. She has over 17 years of experience presenting workshops and trainings. Jolie has been married for 29 years to her husband Jeff and they have three children from 21 to 28. She loves board games, crocheting, reality competition shows, and going for walks.
