Is self care a buzz word or an ethical responsibility? What’s the difference between self care and wellness, and how do they connect? While there is an increasing focus on the importance of self care today, it can often feel like an indulgence to implement it in real life. For mental health professionals this often means encouraging self care in others while being out of balance in your own life. In this webinar, you will learn how to create harmony by implementing the nine dimensions of wellness into life with simple and realistic strategies.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Define self care and wellness, and understand the impact on people’s lives.
  2. Define and give examples of the nine dimensions of wellness.
  3. Create a self care plan incorporating one or more of the dimensions of wellness.
