Open Rank Teaching Professor

Field Implementation Support Program Manager

Located Statewide in Illinois

Oversee and manage Field Implementation Support Program operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Provide leadership and coaching to a team of FISP Specialists/Technicians fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Provide highly specialized workforce and organizational effectiveness functions. Responsible for managing aspects of program implementation, operations, management reporting and contract oversight. Collaboration with FISP Associate Director to develop and implement program strategies, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely achievement of outcomes. Oversee data management and analysis activities, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives. Serve as the program’s liaison with IDCFS, Child Welfare Contributing Agency management, the Office of Learning and Professional Development and other collateral entities. Closes July 26, 2024. 

Systems of Care Specialist

Located Statewide in IL

The Systems of Care Specialist will train the Illinois model of wraparound to Care Coordination and Support Organization (CCSO) staff and leadership, provide on-going coaching and support for CCSO staff, provide oversight of fidelity to the wraparound model, serve as SME for SOC curriculum. Closes August 6th. 

IM+CANS Coaching Specialist

Provide coaching and mentorship to community behavioral health staff and leadership with the usage of the IM+CANS and supporting tools, coach the TCOM philosophy, assist with implementation of other HFS directed clinical initiatives including curriculum development and implementation through statewide Learning Collaboratives to support best practices in utilization of the IM+CANS in clinical practices, provide ongoing coaching and support for new initiatives, demonstrate competency as a curriculum trainer and serve as Subject Matter Expert for New Service Initiatives and Systems of Care (SOC) curriculum. Closes August 2, 2024.
