Slate’s Mistakes for the Week of June 10

In a June 13 Medical Examiner, Katie MacBride misstated that functional unblinding during Lykos’ Phase 2 trials resulted in more than 90 percent of participants being placed into the MDMA group. This occurred during Phase 3 trials.

In a June 11 Politics, Molly Olmstead misidentified Ashley Biden as Hunter Biden’s stepsister. She is his half sister.

In a June 10 Politics, Jim Newell misstated that Nancy Mace made remarks at the National Prayer Breakfast about turning down sex with her fiancé. She made those comments at South Carolina’s annual Prayer Breakfast.
