In a May 2 Politics, Nitish Pahwa misstated that the SEC’s suit against Ripple was rejected on appeal. The judge denied the SEC permission to file an interlocutory appeal.

In a May 1 Politics, Jim Newell misspelled Darren Bailey’s first name.

In an April 28 History, Richard Kreitner mistakenly said that Eric Cline’s book 1177 B.C. was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize. It was a nominee.

In an April 27 Slate Money, Emily Peck misstated that the Federal Trade Commission sued to block the Penguin Random House–Simon & Schuster deal. It was the Department of Justice.
