In a Feb. 28 Jurisprudence, Dahlia Lithwick misstated that the Alabama Supreme Court decision conferred personhood upon unfertilized embryos.

In a Feb. 23 Media, Scott Nover misstated that the longest statute of limitations in any U.S. state is two years. It’s three years.
