Sitawi is the fifth most influential NGO in Brazil for the second consecutive time

Sitawi was recognized, once again, as the 5th most influential organization in Brazil according to the The Dot Good, now behind the Integrated Center for Studies and Programs for Sustainable Development (CIEDS), the Children's Institute, NOSSAS and Rede Cidadã.

In the global ranking, Sitawi ranked 85th, among the 200 non-profit organizations that carry out social impact work of greatest global relevance.

The ranking, one of the most internationally respected, lists the Top 200 Social Good Organizations (SGOs) in the world based on the logic of ?Social Good Sphere? ? or ?Sphere of Social Good? in Portuguese ? that organizations are part of, considering aspects of social governance centered on people, innovation and social impact.

?This position was achieved with the support of many partners who believed in our proposal and our entire team?, highlights Leonardo Letelier CEO and founder. ?We have a lot to be thankful for. This recognition gives us the responsibility to continue developing innovative financial instruments in favor of the Brazilian Third Sector?, he summarizes. ?There is still a lot to do!?, he concludes.

Historically, the criteria used for evaluation have been based on the degree of transparency, the maturity of the governance levels, the management and strategic planning developed by them.

The Dot Good follows the work of many non-governmental organizations around the world. The selection combines evidence-based quantitative analysis with qualitative research on the performance of organizations.
