About the team In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of creator, educating and onbarding them into TikTok Shop.
Responsibilities - Grow and develop TikTok Shop Creator e-commerce sales performance in livestream and video channels, manage mid-tier and long-tail creators, focus on increasing both the quantity and performance - Coordinate and execute operational planning, content strategies and growth initiatives for creators - Facilitate affiliate collaboration by implementing product selection, price benchmarking, advertisement arrangement, campaign setup, livestream scripting and video preparation. - Build and manage relationships with creators, media companies, key merchants, content creators, macro KOLs and Singaporean celebrities
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Minimum Bachelor's degree or above, at least 2 years of E-commerce experience - Familiar with TikTok Singapore influencers, social media landscape - Good communication and interpersonal skills with project management skills - Experience in analytics and presentation with good attention to details
Preferred Qualifications - Familiar with the creator industry or any relevant industry market. - Successful incubation project management experience is highly preferred.
