What You’ll Do
Develop software components with Microservices-based Architecture
Subject matter expert in Cloud Native, Agile, DevOps and CI/CD to all levels of management and project teams
Develop and delivery of Cloud Native Application Development
Participate and contribute actively in cloud native development and standards
Document requirements, codes and prepare reports in the software development lifecycle
Write high quality, testable code following clean code and SOLID design principles
Conduct code reviews
Create design, technical and project documentation
Plan and schedule own work for tasks and projects, also implement functionality without direct supervision
Perform profiling and troubleshooting of existing solutions
Coordinate application deployment
Follow and understand defined software development process
Participate workshops and presentation of proposed solution to customers
Communicate with customer on regular basis to clarify business requirements
Provide coaching to team members with technical solutions
Work independently while in close collaboration with others in the team and across projects
What You Have
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related majors
At least 5-7 years of working experience in full-stack software development
Strong knowledge of Cloud Native principles and techniques such as Microservices-based architecture/development, RESTful API development, container-based software deployment, Test Driven Development, Strong Unit and integration testing skill, Spring Boot
Well versed in software system engineering principles and technologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM, Pair Programming)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
Strong technical hands-on experience in Java 11+/Microservices apps with frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, J2EE, JDBC, JMS, JMX, JUnit, GitLab, Mockito & WireMock, Rabbit MQ/Kafa messaging and Spring Cloud Stream framework
Possess critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present clearly both verbally and in written form, Independent, motivated, reliable and organized
A team player with strong communication skill in English
Good interpersonal skills, analytical mind, get things done attitude, and passion for engineering excellence
In depth understanding of different phases of software development lifecycle and understanding of Agile Scrum processes
Willingness and ability to adapt to changes in priorities and requirements
