About the Role
As the content creator, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing and editing content for Wallex which will be published across our websites and social media pages. Creators are expected to work simultaneously on multiple projects across formats including blogs, videos, social media and maintain consistency between campaigns. Creators will also brainstorm and suggest newer ways and platforms to maximize engagement and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the marketing department to get and understanding of the short term and long term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly
Identify customers needs in relation to the company and write content to cater those needs , which will catch maximum customer interest
Collaborating with the product marketing team & demand gen team to design product message, taglines and promotional material
Writing and reviewing clear, impactful content for enabling sales and nurturing prospects through the acquisition funnel including website content, landing pages, sales collateral, case studies, videos, emails etc.
Own content marketing strategy and production for key products
Research and target SEO oriented keywords through content to increase organic site traffic and engaging viewership
Measuring and improve KPIs pertaining to website traffic, campaign performance
Ensure that the content is consistent , aligned with the brand and compliant with existing regulations
Update the website, social media and content pages periodically
Job Requirements
Strong written and verbal skills
Mandarin fluency is an advantage
Prior experience in B2B content creation specially saas tech solutions will be an advantage
You are creative and curious in nature - you love to test new ideas
You have the ability to blend your creativity into our content guidelines
Proven experience, portfolio of content
You must be familiar with digital publishing and generating traffic for new businesses
