In this Role, you’ll get to


  • Provide operational support for local Business Development (BD) team and hotel partners
  • Support the BD team to help troubleshoot and investigate issues based on internal and external and serve a consultant to internal, cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Market Director to develop business plans and share insight for partner growth.
  • Support the Country Leader and BD team in data analyzing of different projects and KPI factors.
  • Responsible for the local BD training


What you'll Need to Succeed


  • Bachelor of Business in Hospitality and Tourism Management or relevant fields
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Online Travel Agency (OTA) or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication skills and data analyzing, experience of being proactive, making constructive suggestions to BD leader and team.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and effectively communicate complex topics.
  • Willing to travel
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
