E-commerce Manager (Marketing) - Singapore

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to operate our e-commerce platform. As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing our e-shop operation, as well as our presence on other marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and scaling e-commerce businesses from scratch, advantageous with marketing background. This role is crucial for driving our online sales growth and enhancing our customer experience.

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals
• Manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management across multiple online marketplaces
• Analyze website performance metrics, customer behavior, and sales data to make data-driven decisions
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners, including payment gateways, logistics providers, and marketing agencies
• Monitor competitor activity and new e-commerce market trends to adjust strategies accordingly
• Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  

You'll be a great talent, if you are...

• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, advantageous with marketing background. 
• Proven experience in managing and growing e-commerce operations, preferably from scratch
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online consumer behavior
• Proficient in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce software (e.g., Shopify)
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
