What You Will Be Doing
Harnessing generative AI tools like MidJourney and Eleven Labs to enhance creativity and accelerate production workflows.
Utilizing advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop and Premiere, to produce visually stunning digital assets and compelling video content.
Staying ahead of social media trends and incorporating them into projects to maximize our brand's impact and reach.
Overseeing the entire production process, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring every piece of content is on time and exceeds expectations.
Collaborating with the larger creative team on high-impact projects while also taking on specialized tasks as the team's Adobe expert.

Content Creator Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality, engaging digital content that drives user engagement and increases sales, utilizing generative AI tools and advanced video editing techniques.
Basic Requirements
Expertise with generative AI tools such as MidJourney, Eleven Labs, Runway ML, or Pika Labs.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of video production and post-production, including technical aspects (video formats, codecs, export settings), video editing techniques (color correction, sound mixing, visual effects), 3D animation and motion graphics, scriptwriting and storyboarding.
A portfolio showcasing exceptional photo and video editing skills, with a focus on trending social media content.
Strong understanding of current trends in video editing and marketing, particularly on TikTok.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Working with Crossover
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
