ZettaByte is a multinational tech company providing solutions for Education. With the release of the platform ADMTC in Feb 2018, Zettabyte provides a mini ERP to manage end to end process of Government based certifications (RNCP) for Private Universities. Since then, more than 300 private Universities has joined ADMTC as paying customers.

The Role

ZettaByte is looking for a qualified accounting professional who specializes in Singapore accounting practices. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling all accounting tasks related to our operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Singapore financial regulations and tax laws, detail-oriented, proficient in accounting software and capable of preparing financial statements.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Managing the GL reporting and processing of journals.
• Maintaining fixed assets register.
• Liaising with AR/AP teams on month-end closing activities.
• Timely and accurate month end closing and monthly reporting.
• Liaising with auditors and preparing audit schedules.
• Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting.
• Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
• Ensuring timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Managing internal and external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual statutory audits.
• Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements.
