Seaway7 is pleased to participate in the SIMPLE III project along with GBM Works and other industry partners, as part of the GROW joint research programme in the Netherlands. The project intends to better understand the promising Vibrojet® technology which aims to offer a quieter offshore foundation installation method, resulting in a reduced impact on marine life. The planned large-scale offshore test will not only provide better insight into a new noise reduction method, but will also provide a better understanding for full-scale commercial application requirements. We are very proud that three of our Heavy Transport Vessels - Seaway Hawk, Seaway Osprey and Seaway Albatross - have been featured in a recent article from Marine Insight. Our HTV fleet, known for its advanced technology and robust performance, plays a crucial role in transporting oversized and heavy cargo across the globe. The article emphasizes the unique features of our vessels, including their semi-submersible capabilities, which allow for efficient and safe loading and unloading of massive structures. We are happy to confirm that Seaway Ventus has installed the first wind turbine on Ørsted's Borkum Riffgrund 3 - Germany's largest offshore wind farm. This comes shortly after concluding turbine installation on Gode Wind 3 - Seaway Ventus' inaugural project.
