This past Saturday, 06.07.2024, we had the privilege of hosting the HOYA Surgical Optics Phaco-Wetlab in Munich, in collaboration with MTS - The Wetlab Company . We were thrilled to see the event fully booked with 16 eager participants. A huge thank you to our distinguished speaker, Prof. Dr. med. Ulrich-Christoph Welge-Lüssen from Munich, for sharing his valuable expertise and insights. We’re already looking forward to the next wetlab in Hamburg on 26 October 2024 and to continuing this journey of growth and learning together. Once again, we headed to Nuremberg for this year’s DOC. Our booth was crowded with visitors, buzzing with insightful discussions and exciting demo sessions. We also had the pleasure of hosting an evening symposium with experts like Dr. Stefanie Schmickler, Prof. Dr. Ramin Khoramnia, and Prof. Dr. Hakan Kaymak sharing their experiences with the Vivinex™ portfolio, Vivinex Impress™ and the Vivinex™ Gemetric™ family. We are proud to share that our SVP, Global QA & Compliance, Svetlana Bykanova, was a speaker at this year’s MedTech Summit. Her presentation was titled: “Economic Operators and Supply Chains: Ensuring Compliance Throughout (Overseas Manufacturer’s perspective)". This year‘s BRASCRS in Rio de Janeiro was an incredible event filled with great learnings and discussions. The Lunch Symposium was the absolute highlight, featuring a powerful lineup or speakers. We recently headed to Schladming, Austria for the 64th annual ÖOG Congress. It was a pleasure meeting many customers at our booth. We also sponsored the Phaco Wetlab, which we were proud to see was fully booked. Chairman Dr. Gabriela Seher opened the training and Dr Rauchegger, Dr Dimmer, and Prof. PD Dr. Steger taught the participants the ins and outs of cataract surgery.
