🌟 CTS Townhall 2024: Achievements, Insights, and Future Plans🌟 CTS held its highly anticipated 2024 Townhall Meeting in May, bringing together employees for an informative and engaging session. The event, held at the CARC Function Hall, featured a comprehensive agenda highlighting the company’s performance and initiatives and provided an open forum for discussion. The Townhall Meeting concluded with a lunch buffet, offering a relaxed atmosphere for employees to mingle, exchange ideas, and build stronger relationships. Overall, the 2024 Townhall Meeting was a successful and memorable event that reinforced CTS’s dedication to transparency, growth, and employee engagement.

💫 Travel Recommends PH Makes Waves at the PTAA TravelTour Expo 2024 The PTAA TravelTour Expo 2024 returned once again to showcase the best of the travel industry in the Philippines. Organised by the Philippine Travel Agencies Association, the expo, which was held from 2-4 February 2024 at the SMX Convention Centre in Manila, served as an ideal platform for our Travel Recommends team in the Philippines to unveil an array of cutting-edge travel solutions and exciting deals. This year, Travel Recommends PH chose a professional and sleek booth design with eye-catching visuals, including a prominent tarpaulin showcasing well-known Filipino celebrities, who are also KOL partners, endorsing Travel Recommends' services. Additionally, Travel Recommends PH offered enticing promotions, including a 30% discount on travel WiFi bookings made during the event, accompanied by exclusive freebies such as tote bags and travel accessories.

In February, the CTS team in Singapore roared into the Year of the Dragon with a lively celebration, spreading joy and prosperity throughout the office. The festivities began with a special Chinese New Year lunch, treating everyone to a delightful meal of flavourful foods and desserts. Amidst the delectable feast, the team gathered for a traditional Lou Sang session. Back in the office, CTS General Manager personally distributed oranges and angpows, extending warm wishes to employees and frontline staff. Meanwhile, our Travel Recommends teams in Malaysia (Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur and Penang) embraced the spirit of the Lunar New Year with joyous celebrations that included sumptuous foods, great company and festive fun! 

🚀 "Visioning for The Future" Workshop: Shaping Tomorrow Together CTS recently organised a "Visioning for The Future" Workshop, bringing together our most dedicated employees, particularly the Heads of Departments (HODs), for a dynamic and engaging experience aimed at shaping the future of CTS. 🎭 A standout moment of the workshop was an engaging role-play session titled "Better Conversations Everyday (BCE)". The session was not only entertaining but also enlightening, demonstrating effective ways to foster better communication in the workplace. As we move forward, the valuable insights gained from this workshop will undoubtedly guide us towards a better work experience at CTS. We are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and look forward to continuing our journey of teamwork and collaborative effort! 💡🤝

🎄 ✨ CTS and Travel Recommends Ring in Christmas with Joyful Celebrations 🎉🥳 The holiday season is a time for joy, unity, and celebration, and the teams at CTS Singapore, Travel Recommends in the Philippines, and Travel Recommends Malaysia embraced the holiday spirit with fun-filled festive feasts. In Singapore, the spirit of Christmas came alive for the CTS team as they gathered for a memorable celebration at Food Capital. The festive ambience, delectable dishes, and cheerful camaraderie made the evening an absolute blast. The Travel Recommends Philippines team also came together for a spectacular Christmas Dinner at the NIU by Vikings. The venue, with its classy ambience set the stage for an elegant festive celebration. Travel Recommends Malaysia joined in the fun with a delightful Christmas event in the Ipoh office, creating lasting memories through a delightful buffet lunch and thoughtful gifts.

💫 Sparks of Joy: CTS Deepavali Celebration at Café 2000, M Hotel 🕯 Mid-November saw the vibrant spirit of Deepavali come alive as we gathered for a night of great food and shared moments at Café 2000, M Hotel. The buffet was definitely a delight, with Crustaceans Seafood highlighting the menu, complemented by a tantalising array of sushi, iconic dishes like Chilli Crab and Fisherman Steamed Fish, as well as local favourites like Lobster Laksa and delectable desserts, ensuring there was something for every palate. Beyond the delightful spread, the true essence of the evening was the connections we fostered. As we sat together, enjoying each other's company, the atmosphere buzzed with the warmth of friendship and the joy of celebrating together. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making this celebration a memorable one. Here's to more light-hearted conversations and joyous gatherings in the future!

💫 Malacca Staff Retreat: Creating Connections and Camaraderie💫 For those who have never been to the historical city of Malacca, it was certainly an eye-opening trip! Nevertheless, this staff retreat was more than just a leisurely escape; it was a unique experience that strengthened team bonds, enriched shared experiences, and fostered a sense of unity amongst our colleagues. 🤝 During the retreat, our team had the chance to immerse in the rich cultural and historical heritage of Malacca. We embarked on a Malacca city tour, which included must-visit sites like Christ Church, Dutch Square, vibrant street art, and a scenic River Walk. Our visit to Christ Church held a surprising turn when we discovered that we were walking on tombstones beneath our feet! Furthermore, we got to experience authentic Peranakan or Nyonya cuisine, which features a unique and delicious blend of Chinese and Malay flavours. 🥘 Another one of the standout highlights was the Mamee Jonker House. This unique establishment allowed our team to immerse themselves in the world of Mamee, a beloved Malaysian brand. Crafting our own snacks at the Noodle Doodle Workshop and delving into the brand's history was not only entertaining but also created a sense of engagement among the team. While the planned activities were undoubtedly enjoyable, it was the unscheduled free time spent with colleagues from other departments that brought the team closer. Casual conversations, shared stories, and new connections outside of work all added to the camaraderie. As we return to our daily work routines, let's carry the good vibes from Malacca with us and continue to strive for excellence and success as a unified team. 🌜Gathering Under the Moon : CTS' Joyous Mid-Autumn Festival Affair The spirit of unity and tradition came alive on the evening of September 27th, 2023, as the CTS family gathered at the Orchard Café in Orchard Hotel for a remarkable Mid-Autumn Festival celebration. This joyous event was more than just a feast; it was an opportunity to step away from our daily work routine and share moments of joy and relaxation. The Orchard Café at Orchard Hotel provided the perfect backdrop for this celebration, offering a sumptuous buffet dinner themed "Euroasian Odyssey that featured an array of culinary delights. Team members indulged in a wide variety of dishes, from Chinese, Peranakan and Japanese delicacies to international cuisine, making it a memorable evening filled with laughter, camaraderie, and delectable food. In the spirit of the Mid-Autumn Festival, let us remember the importance of family, unity, and traditions, both in our personal lives and within the CTS family. Together, we shine brighter, like the full moon on a clear autumn night!
