John Blanco, former General Manager of Capella Bangkok, will helm the position of Japan Cluster General Manager, bringing his extensive hospitality leadership experience and distinguished track record of excellence into his new role. “A celebration of the exquisite style and culture of an extraordinary city, Capella Kyoto promises to immerse guests in the location’s rich heritage," John shares. Ellen F. joins us as the General Manager of Patina Osaka, harnessing her engaging leadership and dedication to outstanding service. We're excited to see how she moves to the rhythm of our guests, while delivering the Patina guest experience in a harmony of discoveries that inspire positive connections with people and the environment. “Patina Osaka represents a homage to the city’s effortless beauty and vibrancy. I am excited and proud to be commencing my new role now as General Manager of this urban sanctuary, as we prepare for opening in 2025," Ellen says.
