BOC Aviation has closed a self-arranged club loan transaction with 25 banks globally totalling US$2.3 billion. The five-year transaction is the largest the Company has signed to date, exceeding the US$1.375 billion club loan that the Company signed in October 2023. The transaction comprises four facilities provided by banks globally to BOC Aviation and BOC Aviation (Ireland). BOC Aviation has placed eight Boeing 737-8 aircraft from our orderbook with existing customer Air Canada. All eight aircraft are scheduled for delivery in 2024. “We are pleased that Canada’s flag carrier, Air Canada, is working with us once again as it strengthens its network,” said Steven Townend, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. “Continued growth in passenger travel is stimulating demand for aircraft, which we have been able to address for Air Canada in this transaction with eight aircraft delivering from our 100% latest technology orderbook.” #BOCAviation #Aircraftleasing #Aviation

BOC Aviation has placed three used Boeing 737-8 aircraft with longstanding customer WestJet. All three aircraft are powered by CFM LEAP-1B engines and are scheduled for delivery in 2024. “We are delighted to welcome WestJet, one of Canada’s leading airlines, back to our customer base.
