GoZayaan has launched its first-ever physical experience center in Banani. We already have approximately 1,700 people using GoZayaan daily, and this number is growing strongly month by month. So, why did we open an experience center? • Is it because our investors pushed us to do it? • Is it because Jack Ma said that every online business in Asia needs an offline presence? • Is it because we have so much money lying around that we don’t know where to spend it? The answer is NO to all of the above (except partially true on the third point as we are a profitable company). We did it because we listen to our customers. Since day one, GoZayaan has been obsessed with our customers and will continue to be. We never asked our users to come to our office (because we don’t have a fancy office), but we still tracked that of all the people who showed up at the office in the last 12 months, 90% left after buying something, and 42% of them purchased again online. Our customers need to build ‘trust’ and overcome the fear of ‘booking online’. That’s exactly our goal for our very own experience center. Feel free to visit if you’re passing through Banani.
