Pivotal to the structure of the meeting I provided leadership for the stakeholders, enabling the board to act strategically to meet both policies and priorities and achieve revenue targets against budget at all major International Trade and Travel Fairs in liaison with the Marketing Department and Stakeholders. Monitoring that the decisions taken at the meeting are implemented, representing the Kenya Tourist Board International Trade Delegation and acting as a spokesperson as appropriate.

Our mandate was to implement effective strategies and position Brand Kenya as one of the preferred holiday destinations in the world, in collaboration with the Stakeholders, Major International Suppliers of inbound tourism and drive stakeholders to participate in Major Travel Trade fairs and promote their products and services and identify ancillaries to create an excellent experience to various consumer segments.

I implemented Sundsgårdenkultur-och intergrationcenter and executed several events focused on integration of the immigrant families within Ekerö Municipality.
