𝐔𝐊 - 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐅𝐂𝐀) 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - With effect from 15 April 2024 onwards, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has recorded STIBOR, administered by the Swedish Financial Benchmark Facility (SFBF), on the UK Benchmark Register. The equivalence notification of the FCA confirms that supervised entities located in the UK can continue to use STIBOR in the longer term. The FCA confirm that the conditions in Article 30(1) of the UK version of the (EU) Benchmark Regulation (2016/1011) have been complied with. #STIBOR #IBOR
