Abstract
Purpose-The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of cultural environment factors in creating employee experience and its impact employee engagement.
Design/Methodology/Approach
This study is descriptive in nature and deductive reasoning is used.
Findings
The study reveals that there is strong significance relationship between organisational climate, internal policies and leadership as construct of cultural environment in creating of employee experience in building employee engagement.
Practical implications
This article developed a practitioner-oriented framework for employee experience considering cultural environment as main antecedents of employee experience. That can serve as starting point to guide HR managers, team leaders/members and scholars to explore the importance of employee experience in building employee engagement.
Social implications
Employees get into workplace with much of expectations this creates high demand for their roles.
Originality/Value
Employees experience is very essential for employee engagement.
