The impact of family environment on the life satisfaction among young adults with personality as a mediator

The study aimed to investigate the effects of family environment and personality on the life
satisfaction of young adults. The Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), the Eysenck
Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), and the Family Environment Scale Chinese Version (FES-
CV-SV) were completed by 1749 Chinese young adults (M age= 19.88 years, SD= 1.63).
