Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of organizational justice, employee’s job satisfaction and employee empowerment on organizational commitment of semi government organizations employees. A random sample of 148 employees of Civil Aviation Authority was selected with the help of employee’s job satisfaction, their perception regarding empowerment provided to them by their organization and justice prevailing in their organization was evaluated.
