This study analyzes whether high risk of university students suffering from eating disorders
and their comorbidity with depressive and anxiety disorders can be confirmed. A systematic
review was carried out by searching databases, eleven scientific studies from a total of 158
published 2013-2017. There is a positive relationship between eating disorder and

Abstract
This study analyzes whether high risk of university students suffering from eating disorders and their comorbidity with depressive and anxiety disorders can be confirmed. A systematic review was carried out by searching databases, eleven scientific studies from a total of 158 published 2013-2017. There is a positive relationship between eating disorder and depression, related to a distorted body concern, body dissatisfaction and excessive weight concern. Anxiety is indicated as one of the main factors that predispose students to suffer from an eating behavior disorder. University students, especially women, are a population of whom a high percentage are at risk of suffering a disorder relating to the ingestion of food, often accompanied by depression and anxiety.
