Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) is a developmental toxicant in mice, with varied strain
outcomes depending on dose and period of exposure. The impact of PFOA on female
mouse pubertal development at low doses (≤ 1 mg/kg) has yet to be determined. Therefore,
