In this paper we study the association between Chief Executive Officers' strategic human
resource capital, dynamic managerial capabilities, and firms' dynamic capabilities. This
study identifies the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) variables reported in the literature, and
estimates the correlation of each CEO variable with the dynamic capabilities. In addition, the
