Sarah’s on Lakeside, our third building, is on track to be completed in a few short months! This building will have 28 fully furnished studio apartments that will be used as Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) for women experiencing homelessness. The new building will also provide additional program and communal space, a demonstration kitchen, and administrative offices.
“Sarah’s Circle really helped with the transition out of the shelter into daily living. When I walked into my place, I had everything,” said Brooklyn, a client in our PSH program. “I had dish detergent, laundry detergent, a mop, pots, pans, everything that would be a necessity for somebody to live. When you move into your new apartment and there is no need to worry to meet your needs, it is really nice.”
