Drilling Engineer (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled Drilling Engineer for our client in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a leading company in the Oil & Gas industry, and this is an excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Drilling Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing drilling programs, optimizing drilling operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop well plans and drilling strategies, analyze drilling data, and provide recommendations for operational improvements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in drilling engineering and a deep understanding of drilling equipment, systems, and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement drilling programs and procedures
• Optimize drilling processes to improve performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with geologists, geoscientists, and reservoir engineers to develop well plans and drilling strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Analyze drilling data and provide recommendations for operational improvements
• Monitor drilling costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Drilling Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry
• Strong knowledge of drilling equipment, systems, and technologies
• Experience with drilling software and data analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Availability to work in Saudi Arabia and travel to project sites as required
