Sign-ups for the photo/video internship are ending soon! 📸🎥 As we prepare for this period, we dearly remember each thunder’s journey and the impact each one has had on our team and community. Some of us started as enthusiastic interns, others came from various corners of the industry, but we all found a place here where personal and professional growth, alongside meaningful work, come together in an authentic culture. Our experiences in Abu Dhabi, Slovakia, Budapest, and a few adventures through Romania were just the beginning of cultural and environmental explorations necessary for the soul and mind. Month by month, we continued to nourish our souls and minds with books and courses for personal and collective development, covering a diverse range of topics, followed by meetings and discussions on these themes from different personal perspectives. We never limited ourselves to just building, but also focused on how we do it and with whom. We have always sought to invest in initiatives that create authentic connections, grow together, and bring about the much-desired change. The events we organize are an important part of who we are, what we do, and how we contribute to everyone's growth. We are building not just a team, but a community. For us, work is passion, purpose. We want to offer those who join us a different vision of work – one that brings meaning and fulfillment to every action. We want to offer our collaborators innovative, remarkable products and long-lasting partnerships. Of course, everything we have described here would not have been possible without a team that believes in these nuances and adopts them of their own free will. Everything we do, we do for people – for the community. For the team we are and the team we will become. We are always guided by values such as trust, unity, resilience, excellence, and service. Our constant efforts to read books and take courses are driven by a core value. Excellence. Over the years, we have come to understand what excellence means to us as a team. It means having a burning desire to give our best in every action. It means that even when we have given our all, we remain determined to seek opportunities to improve our skills. We have learned that this should not be an occasional effort but a continuous and repetitive process. That we must make it a habit. And as we strive for excellence, we should never be satisfied with our current level of knowledge. We can always achieve more.
