Here are some of the reasons why Kinaxis Inc. was selected as one of National Capital Region's Top Employers (2024):
- Kinaxis operates on a hybrid basis and offers employees the last Friday of every month off (known as Kinaxis Days) to give employees a shared mental break from work -- when onsite, the new headquarters in Kanata offers a number of amenities including a fully equipped gym, gaming area, low sensory room, a full-service cafeteria (all food is subsidized at 50 per cent or more) and even a stage for live music (showcases local emerging artists twice a month and is livestreamed)
- Kinaxis offers a variety of financial incentives, including a share purchase plan (available to all employees), signing bonuses for some, year-end bonuses for all and generous referral bonuses for employees who help to successfully recruit new candidates (up to $2,500)
- Kinaxis provides a personal spending account (to $250 per year) that employees can use to cover a range of fitness and well-being expenses, and recently added coverage for Indigenous health such as Indigenous Healers and Elders, traditional medicines and supplies for Indigenous ceremonies

Mediacorp Canada Inc. staff editors (Jan 22, 2024)
Here are some of the reasons why Kinaxis Inc. was selected as one of Canada's Top Employers for Young People (2024):
- Students on Kinaxis' machine learning team are provided with a unique opportunity to work on a predefined project during their term that covers different areas of technology, based on the student's strengths -- students test their creativity and innovation as they progress through their project with mentorship from a designated manager, presenting and demonstrating their final product to senior leadership
- Kinaxis hosted its seventh annual week-long hackathon, challenging employees to utilize their skills and creativity to improve and innovate on the company's products and processes -- after the week is complete, employees vote for the finalists, who then present their ideas live to a panel of senior-level judges
- Kinaxis offers co-op placements and internship opportunities to approximately 70 students per semester, managing a number of initiatives to encourage networking and connections such as social events and communication channels
