Deena Bouknight

Deena C. Bouknight is a career writer, journalist, and author, having studied English and journalism at North Carolina's High Point University and literature at the University of Cambridge, England. Based in the Carolinas, Bouknight has several non-fiction works to her name, and she has written three Southern literary novels, "Broken Shells," "Playing Guy," and "Light Fracture," released in April 2021, about the historic 1886 Charleston, S.C., earthquake.
