Our products are purchased as a subscription. After your initial purchase, orders are automatically sent every 30 days to keep you on track. That said, it’s your Ritual: We’ll send you a notification each month a few days before we charge you and ship your next bottle. You’re free to rush or delay an order or cancel your subscription at any time, right from your account page.
Each batch of our multivitamins is tested for identity, purity, strength, and composition so we can be sure that what’s on the label is what’s in the capsules. We also complete third-party testing to help ensure our products are compliant with regulations and guidelines for heavy metals, microbes, and major allergens and to help assure the quality and safety of our products. I’ve used ritual prenatals throughout my journey to conceive and through pregnancy. The lemon scent made it bearable to take when nauseous and I felt good knowing the source of ingredients.

Love the research that goes behind this brand. One of the very few prenatals that has choline in it too. I always have issues with iron containing tablets but not with this one. My stomach takes these tablets really well.
