I have the Polar H10 sensor paired to my phone. I recorded the training session with both the H10 on Flow app and the Grit x2Pro watch (see attached pics). (The short spike down on the H10 reading was due to me disconnecting the sensor for a few seconds to verify that it was not interfering with Grit X2Pro , it wasn't). (The spikes at the end of the Grit X2Pro report were due to me taking the watch off my wrist to see if it was reading H10. It wasn't, and you can see the random HR readings while laying on the desk). The heart rate on the Grit x2Pro is completely inaccurate. At times, the BPM on Grit X2Pro was randomly off by as many as 40 beats up or down. In addition, when the watch is not on the wrist, it sometimes shows as reading some heart rate. I cannot imagine it providing any accurate data if you're using it to track your sleep.
It's a cool watch, but don't get it for HR reading.
On the bright side, when paired to H10, it seems to be reading it correctly.
