How do you adjust to customer changes?
Data is definitely at the front of it, but its very easy to get lost in it, as well as failing to misinterpret it. Be extremely clear in what you want to measure, driven by an understanding of how your product and service should be used and what specific needs it is covering for each segment. So that you dont fall into the trap of misinterpreting it, work on building empathy with your final customer, this not just ensures you have people that know what to measure but also how to read it and how to see beyond what customers are telling us (remember H Ford and “a faster horse”). Empathy is sometimes hard to cultivate, analytics can help, but nothing is a substitute to customer facing time and time in the front line
