He was very proactive with regards of working out the Regional process for the Solution Opportunity Managers for EMEA and APJ, since the EVO Rail is only fulfilled in the US. Joao put together a process flow that covered all the changes that could happen with selling EVO Rail, and made them into an easy flow process that has made this a very simple launch for the regions despite the difficulty. His International experience helped cover shipping and customs…

His International experience helped cover shipping and customs laws that we would encounter and was valuable in making sure we brought the right questions to TSS. On top of doing this Joao took over a position this year that he was not fully trained on, and has done an exceptional job supporting the Readiness PMs, through proactive communication and a self-motivation to be successful not only as an individual but as a team. His efforts have saved us countless times, and he is greatly appreciated for his work.
