For example, I get a lot of messages like: Team member: Hello, how are you? Now by the time I am able to answer, they are off-line and when they respond, often times we are not able to answer! This leaves the communication awkwardly dragged until a chance when both of us are available. A better way is to include the purpose as well as the expectations, something like: Hi <name>, Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening, I need your help in <…>. I am hoping to close this by <…>. Add to it features like canvas and lists, my team is able to keep it all in a single place. We use canvas to create outline of project, lists to keep track of ownership and updates and finally, the simple reminder tool to set due dates and follow-ups.
