I did a lot of work for either low cost or free back in the early days of operating a business. I wanted to prove myself. I also found there were some business mentoring programs in my area - seasoned business operators willing to offer advice and guidance. I availed myself of some excellent advice from these coaches. They helped me to work out how to do things rather than just being shown how they did it. Initially, I was able to get on a free three week business course, at the end of it, I was able to get a small grant to help me get set up. Do your research in your own area.
