First time meeting my new doctor. Previous doctor moved on.

Dr Williams took time to address all of my concerns and conducted a very thorough examination. She is very knowledgeable and considerate.

I think my doctor is excellent and always appreciate how she listens to my concerns. I was surprised that the virtual appointment was set for 9am but I did not speak to my doctor until 9:45am. I think when making virtual appointments it should be communicated to block off a hour for the appointment as it may not occur directly at the stated time. I took the call from work and the unexpected delay made it difficult with my teaching schedule.

JHCP needs more than three providers at this office.
