This was my first receiving care from a midwife and I am quite happy with care I received. She took to listen and answer my questions. She was very knowledgeable about my questions. Thank you for excellent care.

This was an easy, smooth and fast visit (no long sitting in the waiting room or the doctor's room). I was waited on and seen right away. Dr. Heinbaugh was friendly and attentive; and she was gentle with my exam. I felt very comfortable with her. My former Johns Hopkins doctor relocated, so this was my first visit with Dr. Heinbaugh. I was sad when my former doctor left, because she was excellent. However, I am very impressed and satisfied with Dr. Heinbaugh.

I met Dr. Heinbaugh for the first time, as this was my first visit with them. They were very professional and answered all my questions. I appreciate the communication she gave me and didn't treat me like she didn't want to exam me. Please don't get burned out because I loved your energy.

This past visit was good. At the visit prior I was told I was checked in when I was not and waited over an hour. By the time my appt was done the practice was closed and I could not schedule my next appointment.
