Obese Graham's condition is not helped by his mother's constant feeding him fatty foods whilst ex-convict Billy is reclusive and overly influenced by former cellmate Tony and erstwhile rock star Ray lives in the past - as does senile Phyllis. Last visit is to ageing thespian Herbert, who, without the voices in his head, lacks anybody to talk to. Liz is sympathetic to all her patients but she has problems of her own.
