One ...See moreIn the late Qing Dynasty, Chen Liuzi, a young man whose parents had died early, wandered on the streets and survived by begging for food. But Liuzi was talented and often goes to listen to storytelling to understand the outside world. One winter day, Liuzi, who was so cold that he couldn't help but collapse in front of Tonghe Dyeing House. In the morning, shopkeeper Zhou, who came out to sweep the snow, saved Liuzi and named him Chen Shouting as his adopted son. In this way, Chen Shouting began his life at Tonghe Dyeing House. Time flied, and through his diligence and wit, Shouting had proficiently mastered all the skills and matters of the dyeing workshop, turning Tonghe House into the largest dyeing workshop, attracting the coveted attention of the tycoon dyeing workshop owner. He wanted to bribe Shouting to dig him up, but Shouting was determined. The wealthy Lu family master took a liking to Chen Shouting and wanted him to go to Qingdao to assist his son Lu Jiaju, who had returned from Germany to study printing and dyeing.
