On the anniversary of getting to know each other, Werner Träsch surprised "his" Gabi with a vacation trip: ten days on Fuerteventura - everything already booked. To his disappointment, Gabi would rather experience culture than lie in the sun and let him know that too. Werner has to digest this disappointment first. Sometimes he lacks empathy, but his heart is in the right place. The "Captain" wants to help immediately when he meets the young homeless Luna on the tour. Not only is she afraid of a gang of boys, she also runs away from something. Together with his colleagues Ralle and Tarik, Werner lends a hand to put the teenager's life in order. Meanwhile, the garbage collectors have to drag an uninvited passenger along. While they are heaving heavy tons, the consultant Felsenhain clacks every emptying into his laptop. Neither his job nor his demeanor make him likeable.
