Desdemona and Othello are an elegant couple in love, staying in a luxurious hotel in Venice. They live a magical evening: they dine in an exquisite restaurant, play at the casino and walk through the Venetian alleys. A group of men, led by Detective Jago, follows them and tries to catch them. Desdemona and Othello manage to escape and take shelter in their hotel room, full of precious stolen jewels and fake passports, revealing that they are a couple of famous international thieves. The men chasing them are Interpol agents, they surprise them in their room, but Desdemona takes the gun, points it in front of her, and shoots. While wounded Jago is carried away on a stretcher and Othello is arrested by the police, Desdemona, hidden under a blonde wig and wearing different clothes, elegantly walks towards the exit of the hotel with the briefcases containing the stolen jewelry.
