PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to UCA 77-24a-5, Brigham Young University Police Department is currently in possession of unclaimed property found or recovered in various locations around BYU campus. The property has been held in excess of 90 days and the owner is undetermined or we have been unable to contact the owner.

Items include: bicycles, backpacks, clothing, personal items, electronics (computers/tablets/cell phones/cameras, DVDs), household items, identification/wallets/purses, jewelry, keys, sports equipment/outdoor equipment, tools, miscellaneous items.

If you have lost or otherwise not claimed items such as these and can identify them accurately, call the BYU Evidence Technician at 801-422-1431. You must be able to show proof of ownership or provide a detailed description of your property. All items not claimed by August 6, 2024 will be disposed of according to State Law.
