About this app

FairEmail is easy to set up and works with virtually all email providers, including Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo!

FairEmail might be for you if you value your privacy.

FairEmail is simple to use, but if you are looking for a very simple email app, FairEmail might not be the right choice.

FairEmail is an email client only, so you need to bring your own email address. FairEmail is not a calendar/contact/task/note manager and cannot make you coffee.

FairEmail does not support non-standard protocols, like Microsoft Exchange Web Services and Microsoft ActiveSync.

Almost all features are free to use, but to maintain and support the app in the long term, not every feature can be for free. See below for a list of pro features.

The most wonderful email client I've ever used in my life on any platform bar none. Thank you for this wonderful app! I was a BlackBerry Hub Inbox user, and their client kept on failing to authenticate with Microsoft servers for personal accounts, so I had to switch, and this is the perfect replacement. My only wish items are if you could totally allow us to disable conversations entirely and messages open in full screen, and, if you can allow us to group accounts on the left pane that's all!

You can disable grouping of related messages into conversations in the display-settings tab page. I guess you want to select as start screen 'Accounts' in the display settings as well. You can long press the "] [" button to show messages full-screen, and you can configure a button for this too. For more support: marcel@faircode.eu

Still the best functional app for business emails; I have access to almost a dozen different email platforms, and each functions completely well. Add'ly, and very important, it doesn't load potentially harmful images, links, and widgets and, further, presents a dialogue before printing or sharing so safety is improved. Support is always available and responsive, even if I ask a question that very likely may already be in the FAQ. Thanks! 👍

Interface is a bit rough...but that is typical with a lot of open source projects with single developers. BUT....works much more reliably than Nine email which I was using before for my IMAP accounts (Nine doesn't reliably download attachments and sometimes doesn't show new messages for hours or days despite all battery optimization turned off and manually attempting to refresh in foreground). So cheers to FairEmail. Just started, but if it continues to work this well, I will send cheddar!
