It doesn't support the English language, which is a bit disappointing while so many expats and internationals are living in Germany.. Answer to CHECK24 feedback: Thanks for the feedback. Yes, contracts are in German, but the least you can do is to make the interface of your app support English.

Hi. Thank you for your honest feedback. Unfortunately, the contract documents and tariff descriptions from most of our providers are in German and cannot be translated easily within the app. Please go to our mobile website m.check24.de and use the translation function in the menu of your browser. I find it easy to use. With car insurance, reviews are detailed which very helpful (e.g. communication was important to me - I was able to choose one where communication had a good "reputation")

I want to change my return flight from 18th of January 2025 to the 24th of January 2025 but I have send several of emails to you to make the changes but I always get a reply telling me you can't change it but rather I should rather contact Turkish Airlines for the changes. I have contracted Turkish Airlines and they told me I purchased the tickets from Check24 so therefore you should rather make the rebooking. Turkish Airlines I have the right to tell you to change. I'm so mad fix this. Thank u
